Message from the Chairperson of the Strategic Plan Committee
Dear JOOUST Christian Union Family,
It's with great joy and enthusiasm that I present to you the JOOUST CU Strategic Plan 2026-2030. The formulation and development of this document is a clear indication of the help of God and complete dependence on Him. This is not just a presentation of the surveyed gaps and needs of the church but it entails the resolutions that have been reached unto by the leading and guidance of the Spirit of God, listening and learning from Him, so as to come up with, not just a document but an effective and impactful document that shall enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our beloved church even in the foreseeable future.
This is a collective action of the Strategic Plan Committee together with the stakeholders of the CU who were involved in the process through church evaluation, members, associates, advisory committee and leadership in every category were engaged in the process.
This Strategic Plan is our focus for achieving a more rational and efficient ministry in the coming years. We have acknowledged the need for sustainable systems, stronger partnerships, increment of the quality assets, impacting the society and holistic growth of the church through enhancement of sound doctrine and rightful biblical teachings.
This document presents 9 Strategic Priority Areas, which, by the grace of God, should be achieved by the end of the designated time. It's my wish and hope that this Strategic Plan will live to serve the needs of the church as the Holy Spirit guides through. It's therefore my call to the wider JOOUST CHRISTIAN UNION family to join hands together for the fulfillment of this awesome work already executed. This entails not only the responsibility of the current leadership but also to the subsequent leaderships, members, associates and other stakeholders.
Let us therefore, with open hearts, with willingness, unity, courage, faithfulness and effectual love, take the responsibility of being custodians of this document, trusting God that He who began the good work in us will carry it to completion, for His glory and honor.

Message from the Chairperson of the Christian Union
Dear members of the Christian Union,
It is with great joy that we unravel this new Strategic Plan. We have gotten a chance to give insights in the development of the church. This strategic plan ensures continuity of common goals. I believe that it will help steer the Christian Union to greater heights. Just as the Bible says, Ephesians 4:13 — till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. We should continue holding hands together for spiritual, social and organizational growth.
I believe when we embrace this strategic plan, it will help many know their identity in CHRIST through discipleship and stick to the true doctrine of CHRIST. The stated strategic goals are aimed at helping us grow spiritually, make the church a better place for worship and reach more people for gospel in and outside the campus.
May the Almighty GOD bless us as we work jointly for the growth and development of the church.
